Sleep support products recommended by Dr. Larson.
This is (in my humble opinion) the best consumer sleep tracking device on the market. It’s built by the same people who make home sleep study testing equipment (ResMed), based on 12 years of research. Provides personalized data on sleep quality, sleep stages, and duration as well as science-based advice.
This is a nice time release form of 5-HTP (made from tryptophan) which can support relaxation and promote sound sleep that doesn’t disrupt sleep architecture.
Studies show that the ideal sleep temperature is around 65 degrees. If you don’t have a separate AC unit for your bedroom, you may want to consider this device, which is essentially a mat that goes under your fitted sheet, and uses air to cool water down to as low as 55 degrees helping you get and stay cool enough to get high quality sleep that leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated in the morning.
Epsom Salts Bath (for this one these 3 go together so thought of just having a hyperlink to the words in the blurb, something like this):
Try an epsom salt bath with 2 cups of epsom salts, 1 cup of baking soda, and a few drops of lavender essential oil added to as hot of water as you can tolerate. Soak for 15-20 minutes about 1 hour prior to planned bedtime. This is also excellent for soothing sore muscles after a workout.
